Miami Beach city officials have revoked the business license for a nightclub after a woman brought a horse onto a crowded dance floor.

Videos of the incident, which occurred at Mokai Lounge in Miami Beach between late Wednesday night and early Thursday morning, show the horse panicking and bucking off a woman in a bikini as hordes of club-goers scream and cheer.

Mayor Dan Gelber praised the revocation of the club's business license, saying, "Animal cruelty is an abhorrent and vile act".

Colleen O'Brien, Vice President of PETA, added, "We know horese are skittish animals who don't belong among the pounding music, shouting crowds and flashing lights of a nightclub".

When the incident took place is not clear. It's animal cruelty! I couldn't believe what happened there! "I've reached out to local law enforcement and am hoping to hear back", Juelle wrote. "As such, we have launched a joint investigation with Miami Beach Code Enforcement", police spokesperson Ernesto Rodriguez told ABC News today. This is inhumane and deserves serious attention ASAP'.
