The actress and model, 52, has returned to Britain to be with 21-year-old Miles Hurley.

Liz Hurley has flown back to London after her nephew was brutally stabbed.

"The police and hospital are being fantastic. Thank you for all your messages", she continued. It is an appalling time for him & our family.

Police believe a group of men got out of a vehicle in south-west London and assaulted two men before fleeing.

The friend has been discharged from the hospital, but Hurley's nephew remains, according to the BBC.

The Sun report that he was left "fighting for his life", with a source telling the publication: "His family feared the worst".

The film star is understood to be close to her nephew, and had rushed back from a promotional tour in the U.S. to be at his bedside. "They were both taken to a south London hospital where their conditions are described as not life-threatening or life-changing".

By 2023 the level of spare production capacity that could be used in the event of a disruption will be the lowest since 2007. The IEA forecasts that overall U.S. production gains will represent 60% of new global output to 2023.

"Fortunately, it seems the knife missed his vital organs", the insider added.

Thought to be very close with his aunt, in March 2017 he posted a sweet throwback snap on Instagram of his mother Kate Curran and Elizabeth, writing, "Love & appreciation for all the strong, happy and independent women around me".

Liz was pictured earlier today arriving at Heathrow around 9am on Friday, before visiting Miles.

Miles is a model who has worked with fashion brands like Dolce&Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli.

In 2013, she tweeted one of Miles' modelling shots, saying: "Here's my handsome nephew".

No arrests have been made yet and the investigation is ongoing.

MailOnline has contacted a representative of Liz's for comment.
