Windsor 'photographer' charged with sexual assault

Video circulating online of a young man apparently sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Morocco has sparked an uproar just as the government is trying to fight violence against women.

A 36-year-old man of Spearwood has been charged with criminal damage, being armed in a way that may cause fear, disorderly conduct, assault occasioning bodily harm, aggravated assault occasioning bodily harm and assaulting a public officer.

Prosecutors in Atlantic County said 53-year-old Brian McSee's plea Monday to endangering the welfare of a child by sexual conduct came as part of an agreement in which he is to serve five years in prison.

Romanov is scheduled to appear in court on May 20.

According to the police, the accused person, famously known as Jagdamba baba, in the name of 'deeksha' would terrify youths, indulge into sexual activities and later torture them.

Investigators say there may be other victims.
