Laura Ingraham dropped by more advertisers for mocking Parkland student

Television host Laura Ingraham is facing a major backlash from advertisers. "That said, we will continue to monitor where our advertisements appear in the open market to ensure they fit our guidelines".

"As always, he's welcome to return to the show anytime for a productive discussion", she added.

As the hits kept coming, Ingraham offered a weak apology. "I think it's disgusting ... she basically tried promoting her show after "apologizing" to me".

On her Thursday night show, Ms Ingraham ignored the boycott.

The swift results showcase the power that the Parkland survivors have, not just in organising rallies but in spurring corporate America to act. Only Fox News' "Hannity", and "Tucker Carlson Tonight" and MSNBC's "The Rachel Maddow Show" attracted more viewers that month. Hours later, Hogg had called for an advertising boycott.

"Corporate America has a really positive role to play in preventing that kind of targeted harassment", Coulter said. And we should be clear about this: Nobody is "silencing" Laura Ingraham.

The teen said he will not accept the conservative pundit's half-hearted Twitter apology until she admits that she has slandered him and his classmates.

'It's time to love thy neighbor, not mudsling at children, ' wrote Hogg. Hogg's 14-year-old sister accused the Fox News host of stooping to a "real low" to boost her ratings.

FG Releases Names of Treasury Looters
According to Punch , these are the names of the alleged looter below and the allegations against them by the Federal Government. Some of the people on this list are seeking to plea bargain, and that is a fact.

David Hogg is a high school senior who recently survived a school shooting that left 17 people dead. After launching a tweet that mildly mocked young Hogg for not being accepted to certain colleges, Rapaport went on an unhinged tirade that dwarfed Ingraham's angle (see what I did there?) by comparison.

"The comments she has made are not consistent with how we feel people should be treated", the company said.

Cameron Kasky, Emma Gonzalez and David Hogg are three of the best-known names of this group of students that has spearheaded a youth revolution for gun control and, in their own words, "to save lives".

Several companies soon responded to the boycott call.

Hi Melissa, we are in the process of removing our ads from Laura Ingraham's program.

Similarly, Hulu wrote on Twitter that "we'd like to confirm that we are no longer advertising on Laura Ingraham's show and we are monitoring all of our ad placements carefully".

It was unclear whether any of the brands would change their minds after Ingraham apologised. You could decide to model more mature behavior - say, to make the most logical and persuasive argument you can come up with for your positions on the issue of guns. It's unclear how much of an impact the advertiser exodus will have on Ingraham's program.
