A different part of his body was also found at the home where Mills was apprehended. The gag order, however, was lifted Monday.

A court-ordered mental status evaluation scheduled for Wednesday will determine if a woman accused of beheading her boyfriend can stand trial.

The case now heads to the grand jury in June.

'Even though she's only been initially charged with second degree murder because there was some initial doubt about premeditation, grand jury could certainly indict her for first degree murder, ' Sitler said.

The complaint also stated that the suspect was the girlfriend of the victim's father, however on the night before the murder she went home with the victim.
