Graveside funeral services for Ryan Mitchell Swift were held at 1 p.m. April 9, 2018, at Fairview Cemetery in Salida.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home, North Chapel, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sue attended school in Kearney. She lately enjoyed playing video bowling and Wheel of Fortune on the Nintendo Wii.

Dean was a member of the Aurora United Methodist Church and past member of the Central Nebraska Homebuilders Assoc. She was a waitress at the Eagles Club, Norm's, Blue Lounge and Vet's Club. Ellen loved spending time with her family and was known for her love of cooking.

The family has many happy memories growing up, such as going camping, fishing and family vacations. Her greatest pride and joy was her granddaughter Gianna. Gerald was also a member of the Wabasha American Legion Post #50 and the Burkhardt-Roemer VFW Post #4086.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, Jeanne Parke and Donna Wellman; four brothers, Ronald "Pete" who died during World War II in Normandy, Ben, Elmer, and William Stover; and four sisters, Bow Toohey, Sarah Weatherbee, Irene Macy and Pauline Geer.
