"Break over time to get back to work", Woods posted on his Twitter site in announcing his next two starts, the Wells Fargo Championship next week and The Players.

Same goes for The Players Championship, the PGA Tour's signature event.

Woods announced Thursday he will be playing consecutive weeks at the Wells Fargo Championship and The Players Championship. The Players at TPC Sawgrass is May 10-13.

Woods won at Quail Hollow in 2007 but has not made the cut there since finishing fourth in 2009.

5 hurt in explosion at Wisconsin refinery
Husky Energy is continuing to respond to an incident involving a fire at its Superior Refinery located in Superior, Wisconsin. Roads were blocked off and employees evacuated as Superior police told people via Twitter to stay away from the area.

"Generally after this tournament, I put away the clubs for a while", Woods said after his final round at Augusta, per ESPN.com's Bob Harig. He will make his 17th start at the Stadium Course and is the only player to win in March (2001) and May (2013). He earned back-to-back top-five finishes at the Valspar Championship and Arnold Palmer Invitational.

The 14-time major victor is one of only six players to have won The Players Championship at Ponte Vedra Beach twice.

Woods is ranked No. 91 in the world rankings; he started the year No. 656.

After some time for rest, the 42-year-old will return for a couple of events where he has had success in the past.
