Overwatch Teams Up With Breast Cancer Research Foundation to Create New Skin

The Pink Mercy skin and all of the Pink Mercy goodies will only be available through May 21, so be sure to pick it up now before it's gone forever. You can also connect your Blizzard and Twitch accounts to earn special sprays and another player icon just for watching designated charity streams.

While wearing this skin, Mercy has a new sound associated with her ability, Resurrect, giving her a trilling piano in the background. Until now. Blizzard's new partnership with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) has coalesced in the form of a new Mercy skin promoting breast cancer awareness. All proceeds from the legendary skin will go to the BCRF to help find a cure.

Blizzard is once again teaming up for a good cause, this time with the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

There are also a series of in-game rewards being made available to Overwatch players as part of this promotional event. Unlike other cosmetics, this can't be purchased with in-game currency so you have to buy her straight from the Blizzard site. Her charming and comfortable qualities make her an unbelievable support character, but also the flawless candidate for a new charity skin to support breast cancer research.

Blizzard has also partnered with community artist ONEMEGAWATT to create several Pink Mercy themed twitch drops. To receive these, players need to watch four hours of participating charity streams.
