First wave of artists for Cal Jam 18 revealed

The Foo Fighters have revealed the lineup for Cal Jam 18, their self-curated festival set for October 5 and 6 at San Bernardino, CA's Glen Helen Regional Park & Festival Grounds. Tickets and camping packages go on sale this Thursday, May 17th at 10AM PST.

Past year saw the likes of Joe Perry of Aerosmith, Rick Astley, Dave Koz, Liam Gallagher and more joining the Foo Fighters on stage (yes, all during the same show).

The caption says that he was "UNINSURABLE!" and that he "relished" in making females cry and struck fear in the cast and crew. Crawford issued a statement on Instagram after the news broke, wishing the cast and crew the best for Season 3.

The Foo Fighters is now on a break from touring in support of their most recent album Concrete and Gold, which was released back in 2017. Foo Fighters headline on a Saturday that will also include performances from Iggy Pop, Tenacious D, Garbage, Greta Van Fleet, Siversun Pickups and more. Though it's not the powerhouse it once was in the '70s, '80s and '90s, rock is far from dead.

For the older set, Tenacious D will also be onhand - fingers crossed Grohl slaps on the red makeup and reprises his role as the Devil from the band's film The Pick Of Destiny, along with Billy Idol and Garbage. Stay tuned for the full schedule to be announced!
