HP modifies the design of its premium Envy lineup

This is the first 14-inch USB Type-C display in the world and gets graphics and power from the single USB port and folds down for easy carry.

The HP Elitebook x360 1030 G3 is being called the world's smallest business convertible, coming in at just 2.76 pounds in weight and 15.8 mm in thinness.

Today HP announced two new lines of premium devices. The Intel version offers up to an 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processor combined with an MX150 graphics card. However, it's headline feature is a claimed up to 14 hours of battery life.

This member of the Elite series packs a 13-inch display into a 12-inch chassis, which HP is calling the world's smallest business detachable. HP says it is the world's smallest business detachable tablet with an integrated privacy screen. Intel versions with current Core i5 or i7 processors will be available starting at $870.

HP EliteOne 1000 AiO G2 is expected to be available in June for a starting price of $1,279. One of them is a curved 34-inch all-in-one, which HP pitches as the world's widest AIO. There is also a pop-up full-HD dual front cameras as well as a front-facing IR camera.

It's been less than two months since we reviewed the EliteOne 1000 G1 all-in-one, but it's already time for G2. It will be available for purchase in the USA starting June with an initial price tag of $1,279 (approximately Rs. 86,400). The display has USB Type-C connectivity and comes with a cover that looks similar to the foldable cover of an iPad. HP EliteBook S14 is expected to wear the tag of $219.

The x380 13 has an AMD Ryzen processor with Radeon Vega graphics. For those seeking incredible multi-tasking performance, this device is available with either Intel or AMD processors, powerful storage and memory options including Intel Optane, and up to a 4K display, and optional HP Sure View.

As with the three previous iterations of the Envy series, the Envy 13 includes a lifting hinge that raises and pitches the keyboard base at a slight angle for a more comfortable typing position. The ENVY Desktop will go on sale in May, priced from $799.99.

This device is 34-inch curved AiO purpose-built for collaboration. You can shell out $1,920 for a 4K variant with a Core i7, 16GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD to complement the spinning drive. Volume is controlled by a signature scroll wheel at the bottom, where there's also a high-speed wireless charger.

Sure, it's a bit of a gimmick, but we haven't seen another laptop manufacturer pull it off, despite the fact that it basically uses the same mechanism as drop-down Ethernet ports on Ultrabooks and other thin laptops.

The new HP products will be rolling out in the EMEA starting this month, with the Envy 13 Laptop, Envy AIO 27, and Envy Desktop arriving in May starting at £849, £1,799, and £899, respectively.

Last in the new range is the HP Envy Desktop that has eighth-generation Intel Core processors along with optional Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 graphics and Intel Optane memory.

HP has said the Envy 13 can be equipped with optional MX150 graphics, but the company has yet to release pricing information for this upgrade.
