WorldStage Newsonline- Super Eagles Coach, Gernot Rohr has released 30 men provisional list ahead of the World Cup in Russian Federation.

Some of the surprise inclusions are Kano Pillars's Junior Lokosa and Crotone's Simeon Nwankwo.

Such strikes have become more frequent recently, amid soaring tensions between regional archenemies Israel and Iran. It was the first time Israel has directly accused Iran of firing toward Israeli territory.

Both Ikechukwu Ezenwa and Dele Ajiboye are goalkeepers, which means there is no place for the country's most-capped global - goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama - despite growing calls from a section of fans for him to recall the former captain.

They go to Russian Federation afterwards for the World Cup finals.

Defenders include: Stephen Eze, Tyronne Ebuehi, William Troost-Ekong, Leon Balogun, Olaoluwa Aina, Kenneth Omeruo, Bryan Idowu, Chidozie Awaziem, Abdullahi Shehu and Elderson Echiejile.

The notable omissions include: Brown Ideye, Junior Ajayi, Henry Onyekuru and Anthony Nwakaeme.
