Although Lucas called the police, he attempted to prevent his wife's arrest.

The world's 104th-ranked golfer, Glover was one of nine players to be eliminated from The Players under the "made cut, did not finish" designation after 54 holes, following a 6-over-par 78 on Saturday that left him at 1 over for the tournament.

Glover was at five-under after two rounds at Sawgrass, which comfortably made the 36-hole cut.

According to the offense report, Glover and his wife were having an altercation, and when Glover's mother tried to intervene, Krista Glover began attacking her.

Deputies noted in their reports there were fresh lacerations to Lucas" right arm and "multiple lacerations' to both his 62-year-old mother Hershey Glover's arms as well as blood on her clothes.

She admitted, "I'm nosy! I'm making an attempt to only get pleasure from being blissfully engaged for a minute". Just weeks before Christmas, Henson shared on Instagram that Hayden already gave her a present that she loves.

Saturday night, however, Lucas allegedly told deputies he was exhausted of all the altercations with his wife and couldn't take it anymore. Krista had no visible injuries.

Krista forcefully attempted to escape as she was escorted to the police auto, "screaming while forcefully kicking the rear driver's side door" and causing damage to the vehicle, according to the report.

She allegedly tried to wrap her legs and feet around the frame of the open auto door, but several deputies pulled and pushed until she got in. That would explain the notes in the police report that she refused to get into the patrol auto, tried to wrap her legs around the doorway to keep from getting in, and also reportedly said that "this is why cops get shot in the face".

'Wait till the tour (PGA) hears about this, ' she yelled, according to the report. "You will lose your job". "Wait til I talk to the judge, you will be [expletive] fired over this". She was released on $2,500 bond and has a date in court on May 31.

"We are aware of the situation and Lucas informed us of his statement, which has since been posted to his Twitter account". He says he is comfortable the judicial system will be able to clear his wife. Glover has won three times on tour, including the 2009 U.S. Open. "Of course, we are here to provide support to Lucas and his family if needed; however, we are also respecting their request for privacy during this time", the statement read.
