Returning shows, some of which will be on this summer and some that won't be back until midseason, include: The Amazing Race, The Big Bang Theory, Big Brother, Blue Bloods, Bull, Celebrity Big Brother, Criminal Minds, Elementary, Hawaii Five-0, Instinct, Life in Pieces, MacGyver, Madam Secretary, Man With a Plan, Mom, NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, NCIS: New Orleans, Ransom, Salvation, SEAL Team, Survivor, S.W.AT., Undercover Boss, and Young Sheldon.

Murphy is now anchoring a cable morning show, Murphy In the Morning, with her old team, lifestyle reporter Corky Sherwood (Faith Ford), investigative journalist Frank Fontana (Joe Regalbuto) and producer Miles Silverberg (Grant Shaud).

A change that "Magnum" fans should watch for, beside a missing comma in the revamp's title: The private detective has a goatee instead of the signature moustache of original star Tom Selleck. Stephen Hill plays TC.

CBS is going to have a whole different look this fall. The original series with Daly and Sharon Gless aired its final episodes in (you guessed it) 1988 - indeed, 30 years ago this month.

Despite the success that ABC has seen with its revival of "Roseanne", CBS isn't getting too far ahead of itself in predicting world-beating success for the return of "Murphy Brown".

The final new shows that made the cut for the fall lineup are dramas Federal Bureau of Investigation and God Friended Me. The show is being produced by Emmy Award victor Dick Wolf and the team behind the "Law & Order" franchise.

Trump lists reimbursement to Michael Cohen; ethics office says disclosure was required
President Donald Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen exits a hotel in New York City, U.S., April 13, 2018. Giuliani indicated in an interview earlier this month that Trump reimbursed Cohen in installments.

On CBS, they're no longer "Living Biblically", which was canceled, but the network was happy to announce "God Friended Me" starring Brandon Michael Hall ("The Mayor"). FBI, set in the bureau's NY office, stars Missy Peregrym (Rookie Blue), Zeeko Zaki (Valor), Jeremy Sisto (Law & Order), and Ebonée Noel (Still Star-Crossed).

"The Big Bang Theory" enters its 12th year this fall, and is still a draw: This season's finale, in which the Amy and Sheldon characters Wednesday, was the most-watched show last week.

Speaking of dramas, CBS will be unveiling a new series on Sunday nights called "God Friended Me".

"God Friended Me" gets the prime slot after "60 Minutes". "The Red Line", a drama about three Chicago families, stars Noah Wyle.

Meanwhile, Candace Bergen will be returning to the titular role in Murphy Brown 20 years after the series ended its 10-year, Emmy-winning run.
