Miramar Arrives on PUBG Mobile with Latest Patch

The most notable thing to keep an eye out for with this update is the new Miramar map.

The PUBG Mobile update is available on the Play Store and weighs in at over 700MB. I'm partial to dropping into the hotel on the southeast edge of Pecado and then making my way into the nearby casino, but there's tons of good spots in Miramar. The most notable changes are the Miramar map, the start of season 2, progress missions, the secret stash, local quick teams, and a region system.

The games official Twitter account posted a quick tweet that shared key highlights of the update, but even that list isn't everything you'll get from PUBG Mobile v0.5.0 starting today. There are also brand new weekly tasks - or Progress Missions - that are obviously aimed at increasing player retention. See if you can find the new vehicles and weapons! If you have people physically near you that also play PUBG Mobile, you can enter a six-digit code to team up with them.

One of the major changes with the update is the introduction of an optimized user interface for the OnePlus switch application. It is to be noted that this an open beta update, and therefore, may not be as stable as official OTA update.

PUBG Mobile is constantly in the state of change with new features and improvements brought to the roster on a very regular basis. - Added a Shop, where you can preview and purchase new outfits and items. The developers have also added a "Secret Stash" that offers special discounted items. - Striking sounds and effects added to melee combat. - Initial parachute speed increased to match the PC version.

PUBG Mobile is available now for iOS and Android mobile devices.

The filters work in a similar way to the language filters, and you'll be able to see the results on the spot.
