E3 2018: Just Cause 4 Gameplay Trailer Introduces Extreme Weather, More

Square Enix's E3 presentation is now over as quickly as it started, and many people are sounding off about the conference with some calling it the worst one of this year's E3.

Square Enix has just released the first gameplay trailer for Just Cause 4. More so when you consider the games it has out in the near future.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider opened the show with some gameplay footage in this latest Lara Croft adventure going through some stealthy kills. We might finally hear more of Left Alive, and maybe a new look at the Final Fantasy VII Remake.

Square Enix's other new game was called The Quiet Man and is also only listed for PlayStation 4 and PC.

Even though The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit was officially revealed during Microsoft's E3 press conference yesterday, today its developers told us more on how the game fits into the larger Life is odd universe. This was an early glimpse, with more information coming in August 2018. Embark on an adrenaline-fueled motion picture like experience which can be completed in one sitting.

Other trailered games included Nier: Automata: Become As Gods, Octopath Traveler, Dragon Quest XI, Under the Moonlight, Monster Hunter World and Stormblood. It sounds like it's worth checking out for Life is unusual fans, and the good news is that it'll be 100% free when it launches on June 26. Of course, we can expect another look atShadow of the Tomb Raider and Just Cause 4.

Just Cause 4 will release on December 4 2018.

What was disappointing though was that there was no mention at all of Square Enix's Avengers game, which past year they'd implied would be revealed at E3. Not much else is known at the moment, though you can watch a trailer for it below. That new footage does confirm that we'll be visiting the world of Ratatouille, but that's about it.
