An inside report has revealed that West Ham are now making advances to try and ascertain which Manchester United players may be available for purchase this summer.

Jose Mourinho recently flew to Austria to watch the £40million forward playing in a friendly against Russian Federation ahead of the World Cup, fuelling further talk of a potential move.

He told Sky Sports: 'I am happy with my job.

Arnautovic has been quizzed on the reported interest from United on a regular basis since that outing against Russian Federation, but he is giving little away when it comes to his future. "That's why I can not say anything about it.The only thing that bothers me is that I am in good health and that I am able to play football".

The 29-year-old only moved to the London Stadium in a club-record £25 million transfer from Stoke City last summer, however, it is believed that Jose Mourinho is interested in bringing the maverick attacker to the Theatre of Dreams before the start of the new campaign.

The US had imposed hefty tariffs on steel and aluminium imports from key allies the Europe Union, Canada and Mexico last week. The rules of the World Trade Organization do allow Canada's punishing tariffs on dairy and the EU's on autos.

Mourinho was in attendance as Austria beat Russian Federation in a friendly worldwide last week, as Arnautovic teed up the only goal in Innsbruck.

"I have a contract at West Ham - that's all we have to talk about".

He said: "It's nice to hear, I haven't heard anything from my brother, my agent".

Arnautovic has four years left on his deal and a move to United would see him link up again with Mourinho, who was his manager at Inter Milan for one season.

"You can keep asking this question but you'll never hear the answer from me".
