Gears of War 5, and Gears Pop weren't the only Gears games announced at Microsoft's E3 2018 conference. While the announcement wasn't exactly positively received, it appears that Microsoft is bringing its Gears of War franchise to the platform as well. Microsoft tapped Splash Damage, a United Kingdom studio that handled PC ports of earlier games in the series, to make Gears Tactics. At the show, The Coalition studio head Rod Fergusson announced Gears Tactics. Funko is working closely with the game's developers, and there will be up to 16 different Pop figures and variants based upon the new game.
