In a freaky story, a woman was arrested for driving kids around, not in booster seats or in the back seats, but in two pet kennels placed in the back of her auto. News outlets report 62-year-old Leimome Cheeks was charged with two counts of child endangerment.

Neighbors of Cheeks expressed their shock after learning about the incident. She's such a nice lady.

Skylarr Blake, who lives a few doors down from Cheeks, said he couldn't imagine her doing such a thing.
