Court documents obtained by Us outline that the five minor children (Maddox is essentially free to go with either parent because of his age) will split their time between London and Los Angeles from June 8 until the estranged couple's next court hearing on August 13.

Among these steps are giving Pitt her kids' cell phone numbers and allowing him to call anytime, without monitoring their calls or reading their texts with him.

Brad Pitt, Jolie and their family arrive in Japan in November 2011.

Brad will not have all the kids at once, but he'll designate one or two of the children to spend time with at a time.

Brad, 54, will be permitted to see the minor children for four hours a day in London for ten days mid-June, while from 27 June to 1 July he will reportedly get the kids for ten hours a day.

From July 21 through July 29, Pitt will resume custody of the kids when he's back in California. It is Jolie's responsibility to fly them to LA, and he will fly them back to London.

Oh, and when the kids are with Pitt, their mother is restricted to one phone call a day at a pre-arranged time agreed to by both parties.

The schedule doesn't include Maddox, 16, because he's older and the judge has decided that he should decide on his own how much time he wants to spend with his father.

The judge also stated that the actress may not monitor the children's text messages to Pitt or listen in on their phone calls. The former couple are now in the midst of settling their divorce.

The summer schedule put together by the judge states that Brad has been granted custody of the kids for four hours per day between 8 June and 17 June.

The court has also laid out a summer schedule for the children.

The Moneyball actor and Jolie, sources told Page Six, "are figuring out how it would work, but she is not happy" amid the negotiations.

Jolie had accused Pitt of hitting their now 16-year-old son, Maddox, on a flight from France to Los Angeles.

"Just talking badly about the other parent and the kids start to internalize what the other parent is telling them". "They worked out an agreement that was mutually acceptable". Even the people around her are getting exhausted of it'.

The exes have yet to complete negotiations on their divorce after announcing their separation two years ago, with Brad's visitation rights at the centre of the rift.

A spokesperson for Jolie tells ET that the "misleading leak" of these court docs "is not in the best interests of the children". Pitt was eventually cleared.
