Croatia await the Three Lions for Wednesday's semi-final at Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium, after beating hosts Russian Federation 4-3 in a penalty shootout. Naturally, the game had all hooked to TV screens to catch all the action live, but what do you do if you had a wedding to attend?

As the World Cup continues we may have to witness other celebratory Fortnite moves, so try your best to keep that old saying in mind: Don't hate the player, hate the dances inspired by video games.

The winning goal from Maguire of Leicester City arrived just on 30 minutes, and it was another textbook set piece for England.

The scoreline stayed the same for the remainder, with Alli, Raheem Sterling and Harry Kane continuing to menace Sweden's defence, while Jordan Pickford made a string of smart saves to preserve England's clean sheet. It was England's eighth set-piece goal of its 11 in Russian Federation, and the centre back's first in worldwide football.

All smiles for Dele Alli as he scores England's second (Owen Humphreys, PA). He denied the Swedes several more times in the second half.

"Up until that corner, I felt that we had everything under control", Sweden coach Janne Andersson said.

Cormier, the Light Heavyweight Champion, took on Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic, but only Miocic's belt was on the line. As expected, Lesnar will challenge Cormier for the heavyweight belt, though a date and location aren't determined.

England sent in some crosses after but those signs of life were fleeting as Sweden's resolute team shape strangled a side sloppy in possession.

"We knew set plays would be key", Maguire said.

The last time Sweden reached the semi-finals was in U.S. 1994 where they finished third while England last made it into semi-finals in Italy 1990.

But as England wrapped up the victory and booked a first World Cup semifinal spot for the birthplace of football since 1990, Beckham posted a shot of Ibrahimovic in a vintage England kit and wrote: "Looks like someone's coming to Wembley again". "I have the greatest respect for them, and congratulations to England".

If you could put a face on what it's like to have your World Cup dreams crushed, this would probably be it.
