Durbin: McConnell 'totally inconsistent' on Supreme Court hearings

Just one day ahead of the announcement of President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee, the head of a major pro-life organization demanded an assurance that the pick would uphold Roe v. Wade.

Justice Kennedy, 81, recently announced his retirement from the U.S. Supreme Court. Trump finally nominated judge Neil Gorsuch.

NBC, which only has American Ninja Warrior's Minneapolis qualifiers booked for this Monday, has yet to announce any tweaks to its line-up, while Fox as has been the case this summer has a disposable 9-1-1 rerun airing at 9 pm. A day later, Trump interviewed three other individuals.

"I think of the four people, I have it down to three or two". Honestly, I could pick any of the 25 and they would be terrific.

"Beyond the procedure, beyond the gamesmanship, it is a life-and-death important decision to be made by this court on so many issues", Durbin said.

A constitutional lawyer who met his wife while clerking for Chief Justice John Roberts, Hawley is in his element when he declares that McCaskill has "been wrong on every single court nominee since she has been running for the Senate or in the Senate".
