In terms of rankings, a 2-0 series' lead will allow India to close the gap with second-placed Australia, while a 3-0 whitewash will help it leap to second behind top-ranked Pakistan. This will be the last T20I of the series.

The 2nd T20I starts at 10 pm IST on Friday.

But India's strength in depth meant the runs just kept coming.

The tourists therefore wrapped up the first series of their long tour with eight balls to spare as Rohit hit 11 fours and five sixes to become only the second batsman, following New Zealand's Colin Munro, to bag a third hundred in this format.

"He really did play brilliantly", added Morgan. With the series now levelled at one each, both thetas are in with a chance to make 2-1 in their favour.

When: The match is scheduled to played on July 8 at County Ground, Bristol.

"He comes into the squad for the next game and he is a fantastic player and it will be a hard decision to make", Morgan told reporters after the Cardiff win.

Brock Lesnar Crashes UFC 226, Shoves Daniel Cormier
Cormier, the Light Heavyweight Champion, took on Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic, but only Miocic's belt was on the line. As expected, Lesnar will challenge Cormier for the heavyweight belt, though a date and location aren't determined.

But for the hosts, they have had massive headaches with Kuldeep Yadav.

Credit has to be given to India's bowlers, who recovered well from a chastening start.

Chris Jordan took an even better catch - arguably among the best of all-time, sprinting back many yards from mid-on and completing a diving take near the boundary off Ball - to see off KL Rahul and make it 62 for two.

India's top-order conundrum also remains a talking point for the team management ahead of the clash. England won the second T20I by five wickets to level the three-match series 1-1. Both Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul struggled to get going against the short deliveries, while Shikhar Dhawan and Suresh Raina looked ill at ease. England team has made a change where Ben Stokes comes in for Joe Roo. He has played a lot of T20 for us and he is a very experienced campaigner.

"Ben's obviously a fantastic player, and there will be a hard decision to make. We have made calls like this in the past and we will make the call for the benefit of the team and put out our strongest XI", Eoin Morgan mentioned.

Hales was included in the side in place of injured all-rounder Ben Stokes, but on current form, it will be tough to leave him out.

"An innings like that tonight makes him a pretty strong case for the next game".
