Prince Louis' godparents most closely reflect the list of Princess Charlotte's godparents as there are no major royals on the list.

The monarch was due to return to London on Monday before a busy schedule of events including a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday at her Windsor Castle home.

The six godparents are all family or friends of Their Royal Highnesses. Nicholas van Cutsem, Guy Pelly, Harry Aubrey-Fletcher, Laura Meade, Robert Carter and Lucy Middleton were named godparents for Louis.

Welby will use the Lily Font, commissioned by queen Victoria for the baptism of her first child in 1841.

The Middleton family was also represented, with Louis' pregnant aunt, Pippa Middleton Matthews, at the intimate gathering.

At least 21 dead, dozens missing after tourist boat sinks in Thailand
More than 20 people were killed when a tourist boat carrying 150 people capsized in Thailand's ancient city of Ayutthaya in 2016. Divers reported seeing "over 10 bodies" floating inside the hull of the submerged Phoenix boat, according to Thai navy Rear Adm.

Guests were served slices of christening cake, which is a tier taken from The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's wedding cake. Kate actually re-wore that same cream coat at the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in May 2018.

Prince Louis will wear the same christening gown used for the ceremonies of his 5-year-old brother George and 3-year-old sister Charlotte, Buckingham Palace said.

In 2015, his sister Princess Charlotte was christened at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham, a royal estate near England's eastern coast.

After being worn by 62 royal babies, including Queen Elizabeth II and Prince William, the gown was deemed too fragile to wear, so a replica was created to continue the tradition. The royal has previously worn the earrings at formal occasions including the Garter Day ceremony and the State Opening of Parliament, and on Monday Kate sported pearl versions of the stunning design at her son's christening.

One person wrote on social media: "Princess Charlotte walked past photographers on the way to the christening and told them "you're not coming" the sass is strong in this one". He is a close friend of both Prince William and Prince Harry - helping to organise the former's stag do - and was dubbed the pair's "court jester".
