An Ohio law known as the Community Defense Act, passed in 2007, prohibits anyone who is not a family member from touching a nude or semi-nude dancer. There has to be higher priorities!

After her "Make America Horny Again" show, undercover officers approached Daniels and said she would be arrested for allowing the patron to touch her.

Stormy Daniels is pictured during an interview with Anderson Cooper about her alleged affair with Donald Trump. "We will fight all bogus charges", Avenatti tweeted. He said his client was "performing the same performance that she has conducted at over a hundred strip clubs around the country".

The lawyer also took to Twitter early Thursday morning, calling the arrest a "a setup & politically motivated".

"The officers also observed Ms. Clifford fondling the breasts of female patrons", Franklin County Municipal Court records show.

NBC News have posted a video online of what they say is Ms Daniels arriving at Jackson Pike Correctional Center in handcuffs.

The Sirens venue tweeted last month to say Ms Daniels would make two "exclusive appearances" there on the nights of 11 and 12 July.

Stormy Daniels was arrested Wednesday night over an incident at a strip club. She shoved each of their faces between her breasts, court documents said.

But according to an arrest report cited by Columbus news station WBNS, police accuse Daniels of touching "a specified anatomical area" of individuals present at the performance, including police officers.

Dailymail.com reached out to Sirens who refused to comment.

Daniels made headlines worldwide over revelations of an alleged affair with Trump in 2006 - and for the $130,000 she said she received from his attorney in 2016 in exchange for her silence.

Through White House officials, Trump has denied the affair, although Cohen has admitted paying Daniels $130,000 as part of the agreement.

Daniels, 39, filed a lawsuit against Trump and his former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, late previous year, seeking to invalidate a nondisclosure agreement that she says barred her from speaking about the alleged affair.

However, Trump - who initially denied knowledge of the payment - subsequently conceded that Cohen was in fact reimbursed.
