Man arrested after groping waitress, who ‘took him down’

The incident took place at 11 pm on June 30th.

Cherwinski told investigators that what surveillance video caught on camera as an "accident" and that he was trying to move Holden out of the way, WSAV reported. The footage shows him grabbing her from behind in a quick underhand motion. Emelia was having none of that: she grabbed the alleged assailant by the shirt, roughed him up a little bit, then slammed him into a counter. The furious waitress acted quickly and threw the man to the ground.

The man in the footage has since been identified as 31-year-old Ryan Cherwinski of Florida, who was apparently on a date with his wife at the time. "I took the guy down and had my co-workers call the police", Holden said.

But once police reviewed the CCTV footage, it was clear that wasn't the case.

After her ordeal, Holden said: "I just did what I felt was best".

That is when Cherwinski can be seen walking behind the woman, reaching out and groping her rear. "I looked at him and I said, 'You don't touch me, motherfucker, '" Holden revealed.

A waitress at a restaurant called Vinnie Van Go-Go's, in Savannah, Ga., served up a whooping to a disrespectful patron.

Now that the clip has gone viral, Holden is speaking out about the incident.

Holden told People she first thought that one of her friends had touched her because "it was a really intimate touch".

He spent two nights in custody before being released on bail with charges of sexual battery. "I'm just happy that it was handled".
