Pogba becoming increasingly frustrated at Manchester United

Barcelona are hoping to add Paul Pogba to their list of summer signings, but it is unlikely that Manchester United will allow the World Cup victor to go without a swap deal in place.

Pogba has reportedly endured a falling out with United manager Jose Mourinho after he refused to cut his holiday short to return to pre-season training early, fuelling rumours that the 25-year-old could be set to leave Old Trafford this summer.

Juventus are in the market for a new midfielder and have been informed of the availability of Pogba.

However, the fact that Raiola is touting Pogba to Barcelona - apparently with his client's blessing - is a worrying development for United after a hard pre-season, and comes so close to United's Premier League opener at home to Leicester on Friday.

"This season, especially after the World Cup that he's had, he's going to start expressing himself a lot more".

According to an ESPN report, the 25-year-old French global has become "unsettled" at Manchester United, in large part due to public criticism he received from manager Jose Mourinho over the summer.

It was reported yesterday that Pogba's agent, Mino Raiola, has reassured Barcelona that he will get Paul Pogba to move to the Nou Camp.

The France global has been linked to Spanish giants Barcelona following his impressive performances in winning the World Cup with his country.

The Portuguese harshly criticised some of the younger players on tour with his team in the USA, while he has also warned the board over their lack of activity in the transfer window.

"There are a lot of names that always get circulated around in the rumour mill - all of them are good players and we respect them themselves but we also respect the clubs they are now at".

"Why? Because it's closed for a month, where he can only think about football".

FC Barcelona could feasibly complete a deal to sign Pogba any time between now and the end of August, when the European transfer window closes.

Italian newspaper, TuttoSport reports that Juventus are ready to beat Barcelona for Pogba's signature by including Pjanic.

But, Gianluca Di Marzio.com claim Barcelona have made the first move to sign Pogba by offering a player the club knows United would like.

The deal could hinge on Marcos Rojo leaving United and he has yet to be convinced that a move to Everton is the best option for him.
