She also says she later concluded that he is a racist and a bigot.

Omarosa Manigault has a book coming out and she's wasting no time to promote it.

"She's a lowlife", he told reporters when asked about Newman, who left the White House past year.

President Donald Trump teed off Saturday on two of his earliest supporters with choice words for former White House staffer Omarosa Manigault Newman and current Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Manigault Newman was previously best known for her polarizing character on NBC's "The Apprentice".

"It had finally sunk in that the person I'd thought I'd known so well for so long was actually a racist", she wrote, according to The Guardian.

In a new column, Chait goes out on a limb in defending the savvy of Manigault Newman. But that offer came along with a stringent nondisclosure agreement that was as "harsh and restrictive" as she had seen while working in television.

The Washington Post reports that a White House source confirmed that the former Apprentice contestant walked in on the meeting and that she was told off for it.

The book also says that there are tapes of Trump saying these slurs, but was never able to get a hold of them.

In the book, Manigault Newman painted the president as scattered, self-absorbed, misogynistic and insecure.

The White House responded by slamming the book and its author and chastising the press for writing about it.

The White House has rebuked Manigault Newman's book, with Press Secretary Sarah Sanders calling it "riddled with lies and false accusations".

"It's sad that a disgruntled former White House employee is trying to profit off these false attacks, and even worse that the media would now give her a platform, after not taking her seriously when she had only positive things to say about the President during her time in the administration", she added.
