"I have a lot experience taking samples from dead bodies getting good results after strangulation". "The hands of the children should be sampled as well".

Watts' attorneys did not say what motivated them to make the DNA requests.

The Watts family had spent recent weeks visiting family members in North Carolina and friends said she used the trip to announce her pregnancy. A body believed to be Shanann Watts' was found first.

The FBI and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation were involved in the arrest, Frederick police said. The document cites an expert who argued that DNA would still be present on the bodies - even though they had been submerged in crude oil for four days before they were found - but that evidence would be lost once the autopsies were performed.

Both the manner and cause of death will be released by the Weld County Coroner's Office and only after further lab testing has been completed.

Watts, 33, was being held without bail Saturday on suspicion of three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of tampering with a deceased body in the killings of his wife and daughters.

DA's office spokeswoman Terasina White said in an email that the court has vacated a scheduled court event but the office will still file charges by the 3:30 p.m. Monday deadline imposed by a Weld County judge. There was no immediate word on a possible motive. The warrant for his arrest was sealed by a judge.

Others say the study won't change their habits now, but hope there will be more research about the health effects in the future. It was also reported that in 31 of the samples, the glyphosate level was more than what is believed to be healthy for children.

Authorities are expected to file formal charges Monday against Watts, who authorities said dumped his wife and daughters' bodies on the property located just outside Frederick, a small town on the grassy plains north of Denver where fast-growing subdivisions intermingle with drilling rigs and oil wells.

"This is to celebrate, mourn and get closure for a family that didn't deserve this", Kelley Trippy said.

They said in the filing that their almost $3,000 mortgage and $600 in monthly auto payments formed the bulk of their $4,900 in monthly expenses. "I just want them to come back", he told KMGH. "If I don't know anything, obviously I can't have anything to do with it", O'Toole said, describing the implication of Watts' comments.

Strewn among Watts' posts promoting energy supplements like Thrive, a high caffeine and taurine product, and Burn, a weight-loss supplement and appetite suppressant, are several remarks about her husband's lifestyle changes while using the products. "She wasn't here. The kids weren't here".

"She said she was going to a friend's house with the kids and that's the last thing I heard, and that was it. It was very vague", he said.

Earlier this week, Watts' told reporters he had no idea where his family could be, and he pleaded for their safe return.

Dave Baumhover, a detective at the Frederick Police Department, said there were no signs of foul play and there was nothing to suggest Shanann had mental health problems. Frankie Rzucek said his sister planned to name her baby boy Niko. I just feel so alone in this house right now.
