After the 0-2 loss at home to Manchester City in the opening weekend of the 2018/2019 Premier League season, Iwobi wasn't exactly the change Arsenal fans were expecting in their starting XI at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea beat Arsenal 3-2 in a pulsating London Premier League derby on Saturday with defender Marcos Alonso scoring an 81st-minute victor after the Gunners had fought back from an early 2-0 deficit.

Alex Iwobi made it 2-2 four minutes later as Arsenal exploited Chelsea's vulnerability on the flanks.

Lucas Moura curled home his first Premier League goal to give Spurs the lead, but Aleksandar Mitrovic deservedly headed Fulham level early in the second half.

"I think we need to give the players calm and to continue working", he said.

Paying up to $65 million for a 21-year-old Brazilian with one inconsistent season in the Premier League behind him seemed a gamble by Everton.

Chelsea: The Blues will go with the 4-3-3 that could prove to be Sarri's default formation.

"When I first met him, he had this aura that he knew exactly what he wants to do, what he wants to be working on, what are his priorities and he was very detailed", the Germany worldwide said.
