YouTuber Jev "Jevholution" Maravilla pulled off a convincing prank in a McDonald's, where he created a promotional poster of his own design and installed it without the staff noticing. They saw a blank wall in June and decided it was the flawless place to put a picture of themselves.

The Asian pair noticed there wasn't a lot of diversity on the walls at the restaurant in Pearland so they chose to create their own poster.

The two said they eat at the McDonald's at 2803 Business Center Drive often. They modeled for the photo, holding a McDonald's burger and fries, then edited it to look like the other images hanging inside the restaurant.

The pair even bought a McDonald's uniform from a charity shop for seven dollars to help them execute the prank.

Start the day off right with a viral prank at the expense of no one but a major American corporation.

United Kingdom prime minister says no, again, to 2nd Brexit vote
Johnson said: "In adopting the Chequers proposals, we have gone into battle with the white flag fluttering over our leading tank".

The tweet promoting their no-takedown streak has garnered more than 950,000 likes and 240,000 retweets as of posting.

Through another Twitter post last September 3, Maravilla revealed that he was inspired by the blockbuster movie "Crazy Rich Asians", even tagging its stars Constance Wu and Henry Golding in his post.

If you haven't noticed, there isn't a lot of Asians represented in media.

'We take pride in highlighting diversity in every aspect of our restaurants, ' the company said. "We applaud these students' creativity and hope to see them in our restaurants again soon".

"To this day, I can say that the poster has been up since", concludes Maravilla, "and I really hope they never take it down". It would be, like, a dream come true'.
