Femenist's Have Found A New Thing To Whinge About, New Apple iPhones

The Apple iPhone XS Max sports a massive 6.5-inch display, which ironically means that you can expect even larger-screened Android handsets to hit the market late next year.

On Thursday, September 12, Apple announced that they will be releasing not one, not two, but three shiny new iPhones and a new Series 4 smartwatch that boasts of intuitive health features. If you buy an unlocked iPhone Xs, try to get it from Apple. But do they deliver?

As more manufacturers misguidedly remove the headphone jack from their phones - looking at you, OnePlus - we've always had at least one consolation prize: a cheap dongle. All this and more, on the show.

Prior to the official announcement of the iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max it was rumoured the phones would come with improved wireless charging capabilities.

- Bigger and a little less pricey: iPhone XR (USD749). For folks who follow Apple's naming conventions: It's an "S" upgrade, Apple's every-other-year cycle for big new launches. That is a full three-inches larger than the display found on the original iPhone.

It has also emerged that the new smartwatch could include a screen that is 15 percent bigger, have a bigger battery, an official sleep tracking app and EKG technology (ECGs or electrocardiograms).

Feds take action against retailers in e-cigarette 'epidemic'
More than 2 million middle and high school students were users of e-cigarettes in 2017, according to the agency. According to data published Wednesday, the FDA sent warning letters to 28 Arkansas retailers.

Apple sells the iPhone XS and XS Max in three color options: silver, space grey, and a new gold option.

The new models are expected to be the same two sizes that they have always been, 38mm and 42mm and will be offered in two different types, Global Positioning System and GPS + cellular, but this time round, the inclusion of watchOS 5 will feature a walkie-talkie feature and a Podcast app. Competition is heating up in inter-company recruitments too, in April, Apple hired Google's top AI boss, John Giannandrea.

It's now becoming even more outrageous as two of the iPhones are selling for more than a thousand dollars apiece and you are still getting the laughably slow 5W charger, when nearly all Android handsets - including mid-range phones - support some kind of a fast charging tech.

Apple iPhone XS starts at $999 for the 64GB model. You see, the thing is that while it may sport a lower starting price of Rs 76,900 when it launches on October 26 and offer a 6.1-inch notched LCD screen (instead of the superior OLED screens on the XS) with no 3D Touch tech, this is by no way a pushover of a phone.

It's the ideal tool for taking bigger selfies, for pawing at bigger Instagram pictures, for streaming even more Netflix.

Apple first signaled the end of the headphone jack in 2016, when it introduced the iPhone 7, which features a lightning connector.
