According to the report, the woman claimed that the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 had gotten extremely hot while she was using it. It would appear that yet another Samsung flagship has taken the path of fire, as a Note 9 owner in NY claims their device suddenly went up in flames. Battery woes seem to back to haunt Samsung. The latter recall was required after it was found that there were close to 100 cases of Note 7 units catching fire in the USA alone, as noted by Wired. That said, it also crammed in its largest battery so far, paired wit the fastest mobile processor in the market this year. Lawsuits, settlements, and media coverage have made any Galaxy Note flagship, or any Samsung flagship for that matter, a prime target for claims of negligence or even outright wrongdoing.
