A third woman has presented the Senate Judiciary Committee with allegations of inappropriate behavior by Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, accusing him of sexually aggressive behavior at alcohol-fueled parties when he was in high school. Senators were set to hear from two witnesses: Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, who has accused Kavanaugh of sexual assault during a high school gathering in the early 1980s.

"If you wanted an FBI investigation you coulda come to us", Graham said, after Democrats on the committee have called for an FBI investigation into Ford's claims.

Kavanaugh and his chief accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, who says Kavanaugh assaulted her in high school, are both expected to testify Thursday. And no one has identified Kavanaugh as having been at the party. In her opening statement on Thursday, Ford said, "Both Brett and Mark were drunkenly laughing during the attack". Justice Thomas now sits on the bench while Kavanaugh's future has not been decided.

In the sworn statement, she also alleges that Kavanaugh engaged "in abusive and physically aggressive behavior towards girls, including pressing girls against him without their consent, "grinding" against girls and attempting to remove or shift girls' clothing to expose private body parts". The release includes a day-by-day view of the committee's investigative work over the last two weeks since allegations surfaced targeting Kavanaugh. You had no intention of protecting Dr. Ford, none. Mitchell spent most of her time trying to clarify details of Ford's story, covering the night of the alleged assault and the professor's decision to come forward by confidentially telling her congressional representative and the Washington Post. She said she was pushed into a bedroom and onto a bed and that Kavanaugh got on top of her. Judge was in the room and encouraged the attack, she said. Ford said she called Eshoo's office on July 6 because Eshoo is her congressional representative.

"I can not imagine what you and your family have gone through", Kavanaugh said, before addressing Democrats.

Dianne Feinstein was elected to represent California in the Senate in 1992. Instead, Graham eviscerated Democrats for their handling of the allegations against Kavanaugh, saying they're willing to destroy Kavanaugh's life for their own political ends.

Republicans are looking for Kavanaugh to cement a conservative majority on the court, while Democrats say he could provide the fifth vote to overturn the Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion. "They need to be heard", Hogan said on Tuesday, according to Politico.
