A civil lawsuit filed in Miami-Dade County, Florida, charges that Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown threw several objects from a high condominium balcony, very almost hitting a man and his 22-month-old grandson.

According to TMZ Sports, Brown threw a bunch of furniture off the balcony of his 14th story apartment while the toddler and his grandfather were by the pool of the high-end apartment complex.

The objects, according to the lawsuit, included two large vases, an ottoman and other pieces of furniture - all of which landed within 2 feet of the toddler and his grandfather, including one of the shattered vases.

Cops obtained surveillance video which showed a cleaning crew entering Brown's place on April 13. "Brown was extremely agitated, acting aggressively, and yelling at security personnel when [police] arrived to the scene", according to the suit.

Brown has until Thursday to respond to Sternberg's lawsuit after filing for an extension in September.

The landlord has filed a second lawsuit over damage to the unit and furniture.

An employee with Lionheart Capital, LLC said Ophir Sternberg wasn't available for comment when a Tribune-Review reporter called his office Tuesday. That lawsuit contends Brown breached the lease agreement by "destroying, damaging defacing the premises, as well as furnishings and appliances" belonging to the plaintiff. Cops found the women who said they had been hired and authorized by someone claiming to be Brown's representative.
