The rear Razer logo is now Chroma-enabled, meaning it supports a full range of colors and has fancy patterns like Razer's gaming peripherals.

Unlike other competing phones, the Razer Phone 2's 5.7-inch UltraMotion IGZO display remains the only display in the industry that offers both 120 Hz screen refresh and 120 Hz touch sampling. The company believes that the aspect ratio of 16:9 is best for multimedia and gaming.

The Razer Phone 2 comes with 645 nits of brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top of the display.

Above all, Razer Phone 2 packs a vapor chamber cooling system, patented and developed by the manufacturer, in order to cool down the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 CPU to run smoothly no matter what games users play. The goal of the Razer was that the chipset never experienced heat throttling.

Overheating can be an issue with gaming phones, especially when you are hours deep in a siege, Razer has improved their cooling apparatus with a "unique vapour chamber" which should keep the chip from burning out.

EPL: man city missed out on a victory over Liverpool
The previously unstoppable Liverpool registered just two efforts on target, with City mustering the same. For us it was a positive result and we'll take it. "Against a very good team we managed to do that".

Last but not least, the phone arrives with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 845, mated to 8GB RAM and 64GB of expandable storage for adequate memory. However, there's room for storage expansion using a microSD card.

Two other much-needed additions to the Razer Phone 2 include IP67 water resistance and wireless charging support thanks to the new glass back. The phone lacks a 3.5mm jack, but Razer is bundling it with a 24-bit DAC dongle and offers optional USB-C noise canceling headphones which link up with Chroma for LED effects. Also, Razer Phone 2 has a dual 12-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel front camera. Razer Cortex will help users organise their games on their phone, as well as recommend the latest games optimised for 120 Hz gaming. In its launch event, Razer has also said that they are working with the developers of PUBG to bring the Razer Phone 2 optimized game.

Razer has announced the second iteration of its gaming-focused Razer Phone. The company introduced a companion dock that provides that Qi induction and can hold the phone upright for viewing or collapse into a more traditional charging-pad posture. The sensor is compatible with Dual Pixel AF and optical image stabilization (OIS) technologies. The company further mentions improvements over the original's system, offering more natural colors and sharper detail and definition in low light. It can record 4K video.

The phone will be sold unlocked for $799 in the United States. If you want to buy the 128GB variant with 'rugged satin finish, ' it is going to cost you $900.

The Amazon listing had the price at €870, this is unconfirmed as the correct pricing. Razer made good on a similar promise with the last phone, so we're expecting the update to actually happen on schedule-it's just a disappointment that it has to be an update at all.
