Steelers Still Haven't Heard From Le'Veon Bell

If Le'Veon Bell's goal is to make life as hard as possible for the Pittsburgh Steelers, he's certainly succeeding.

Le'Veon Bell is expected to finally report to the Pittsburgh Steelers sometime during their Week 7 bye and be ready to suit up for their October 28 clash against the Cleveland Browns.

National Football League insider Adam Schefter has a major update on Bell this morning, claiming that the Steelers have yet to hear from him.

So Bell could be in for a surprise if/when he shows up, and he may not like what he hears from the Steelers.

Bell told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler earlier this month that he meant to report to the Steelers during the Week 7-8 timeframe.

No serious injuries were reported, however, and police said the victims refused medical attention. The Upper East Side Republican Club where McInnes spoke was vandalized before Friday's event.

Instead, it was much of the same as it has been - an empty locker and Steelers players confirming that Bell was nowhere in the facility.

Not only did he not report, but he has no plans to report. Bell has talked to no one, and has been seen by no one.

ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported earlier in the month that Bell was expected to rejoin the Steelers during the team's bye week but, as of Monday, the star running back is still a no-show.

Bell still could report during that time, and be paid for this week as well, but the Steelers remain in wait-and-see mode. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. E.T. on CBS.
