Billy Vunipola will be setting his sights on a comeback for the 2019 Six Nations Championship after picking up an injury in Saracens' Champions Cup win over Glasgow Warriors.

Mako Vunipola limped off with a calf injury and Billy later joined him on the sidelines after damaging his arm at Scotstoun on Sunday.

"Billy has fractured his left arm and will have surgery on Tuesday". He is expected to be out of action for around 12 weeks.

England will play South Africa (November 3), New Zealand (November 10), Japan (November 17) and Australia (November 24) in their autumn internationals, with each game exclusively live on Sky Sports.

Isiekwe, who has made three appearances for England, suffered an ankle sprain and is waiting to be assessed by a consultant with regards to the full extent of the injury.

Gloucester's Ben Morgan, deemed surplus to Test requirements since the 2015 World Cup, is fit and in form, so could now come into head coach Jones' reckoning.

Both brothers, who have been named in England's training squad for the Autumn series, retreated to the bench, with Mako pictured with his leg in a protective brace and Billy with his arm packed in ice.

Elsewhere, Bath full-back Anthony Watson and Exeter forward Sam Simmonds are also confirmed absentees.

The news around Vunipola will make grim reading for Eddie Jones whose options at No.8 are dwindling ahead of their four-Test November programme.

Wingers Jonny May and Marland Yarde are also under injury clouds.
