One thing I've always loved about the Amazon Kindle e-readers is that they're made for one specific goal: displaying text on a screen for long periods of time. It now comes in 8- and 32-gigabyte versions. The company is also introducing "reading settings". This in theory will allow you to read even under water at a depth of two meters, but not more than an hour. The 8GB starter model 2018 Paperwhite goes for £129, or about R2,450. Now reading in the bath is going to be coming to the masses, as Amazon has announced an updated Kindle Paperwhite with waterproofing.
