Harvey Weinstein accused of sex attack on model aged 16

Weinstein "ensured she never received work" because she refused to hop into bed with him, she alleges.

In a statement, Weinstein's lawyer Bejamin Brafman told Sky News: "This claim is preposterous and eventually, just as others have been exposed to be liars, this uncorroborated allegation that is nearly 20 years old will be shown to be patently false".

The young woman, a Polish model, said Weinstein arranged a business lunch for the two of them, which wound up being a private visit to his SoHo apartment where he encouraged her to remove her clothes and massage his genitals.

The women all claim that Weinstein lured them to hotels and auditions under the guise of furthering their careers and sexually assaulted or raped them. Jane Doe agreed. She felt more mature and capable of handling Weinstein.

The Jane Doe has joined a class-action suit filed against Weinstein in December for an alleged conspiracy to cover up his numerous acts of sexual misconduct, according to TMZ.

A lawyer representing the movie studio, The Weinstein Company, declined to comment. Reportedly, he became enraged when the teenage model objected to his advances, at first refusing to let her go, but eventually, he relented.

The documents allege that "during the time Disney owned Miramax, Miramax paid settlements to multiple women who were victims of Harvey Weinstein's sexual harassment and abuse".

Dogs may be able to detect Malaria in humans
This is not only an extraordinary medical breakthrough, but it reinforces the notion that all dogs are very good boys indeed. The World Health Organization said there were 216 million cases of malaria in 2016, up five million over a year earlier.

In another encounter described in the filing, Weinstein blurted out his sexual attraction to Christina Aguilera, who was being shown on a television, and then allegedly unzipped his trousers and touched his penis.

His lawyer Brafman has then said the former Hollywood legend, who for decades produced box office and critically claimed hits, would plead not guilty.

They continue: "Weinstein threatened and pressured Jane Doe, saying that he had "made" the careers of Penelope Cruz and Gwyneth Paltrow, and that neither would be working without him".

Mr Brafman has argued the 2013 rape allegation is contradicted by warm emails the accuser sent Weinstein after the date of the alleged attack.

"Weinstein paused their conversation to look up at the TV, and declared, 'Wow, I'd really like to f*ck that p*ssy, '" it says.

After picking her up in his vehicle for what she thought was a business lunch, she told him she was only 16, the papers say.

Jane Doe's allegations are now included among others made by Louisette Geiss, Katherine Kendall, Zoe Brock, Sarah Ann Thomas, Melissa Sagemiller, Nannette Klatt, Melissa Thompson, Caitlin Dulany and Larissa Gomez, the complaint shows.
