After taking its first hiatus of the 44th season, "Saturday Night Live" certainly had a stockpile of material it could have used for the first cold open back in three weeks.

"Except for his words and actions throughout his life, how is he racist?"

Instead, Kate McKinnon led the cold open with her impression of the Fox News host Laura Ingraham, her segment mostly focusing on Fox News' coverage of the migrant caravan while sneaking in one reference to Baldwin's absence towards the end. She also bemoans the fact that "white nationalism" is now considered "bad".

"Who is in this caravan?"

"Everyone you've ever seen in your nightmares, Guatemalans, Mexicans, ISIS, the Menendez brothers, the 1990 Detroit Pistons and several Babadooks", said Strong. Also, don't forget the "hella" Aladdins from the Middle East. "They took the very common direct flight from Iran to Guatemala, claimed their elephants as service animals, and rode them straight into Mexico", warns Strong. "It makes too much sense". Aerial footage he provided of the caravan was just a clip of crabs.

Police search house as five men questioned
The video ends as the model is completely consumed by the fire, with one bystander saying: "Perfect". "It's a disgusting video". London Mayor Sadiq Khan attacked the video on Twitter, saying: "I utterly condemn this sickening video".

Pirro also showed two videos claiming they were the caravan, when in reality they were a clip of insane Black Friday shoppers and zombies storming a wall in the Brad Pitt film World War Z.

Ingraham asked Pirro what she's heard about the caravan.

"I've also learned that all the women in the caravan are more than nine months pregnant, and they're holding the babies in until the exact moment they cross over the border, and then they are literally going to drop anchor" he added.

Tara Palmeri (pictured above right), an ABC News White House correspondent, is now recalling on Twitter how Baldwin once said something incredibly terrible to her when she was working as a tabloid reporter in New York City.

The tips? "Never Vote on Tuesdays...ballots can be confusing -if you see an R on the ballot that means "really a Democrat" and the letter D means 'dassa Republican, and tip three, you already voted".
