A woman whose racist rant at two black women was filmed on video that went viral has "voluntarily turned herself in" at the Sunset Beach Police Department on the NC coast, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said in a statement late Saturday.

"Folks that are trying to break into apartments", Westwood tells police when she calls in.

Officers said Westwood called 911 to falsely report attempted break-ins near her home before leaving the scene, according to Charlotte station WBTV.

Facebook Susan Westwood, 51, turned herself into the Sunset Beach Police Department on Saturday after being wanted on charges related to the October 19 incident.

In video of the October 19 incident that went viral, Westwood, dubbed "South Park Susan" by the media, taunted, threatened, and mocked sisters Leisa and Mary Garris as they waited for AAA assistance after having auto trouble in the parking lot of her Charlotte apartment complex.

"They are actually people that I've never seen here before", she tells the dispatcher.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said Susan Westwood turned herself in to authorities in Brunswick County on Saturday on charges of misuse of 911, in addition to the four criminal summons she was issued for the incident.

"No one breaks their auto down in the best part of society". Westwood says near the beginning of one video. "They don't belong here". "Nobody cares! I'm white and I'm hot. They're trying to get in the apartments".

"Westwood adds she'd pay "$2,500 to get them out of here. I'm 51. What are we going to talk about tonight?

One of the sisters, in her call to 911, was heard telling police: "The lady was pushing me in my face, and I'm a resident here just like she is". Being hot? Being lovely?

Another white woman in St. Louis was sacked from her job after a video went viral in which she blocked a black man from entering his own apartment building. She repeatedly asked the women if they lived in the apartment complex, as well as whether their "baby daddy" was with them.
