As part of Final Fantasy XV's two-year anniversary celebration, Square Enix announced that it is getting a special crossover with Final Fantasy XIV that will bring a side quest featuring a Miqo'te, Garuda, and more. Episodes concerned with characters Aranea, Lunafreye and Noctis have all been ditched, though the Ardyn pack - which focuses on the game's main antagonist - will still come in March 2019. With Tabata taking leave of the company and the Final Fantasy XV project, three of the four planned DLC expansions have been cancelled.

Luminous was established back in March with the aim of developing blockbuster titles alongside "innovative games and entertainment", but has since refocused its efforts exclusively on triple-A development.

Naturally, this is a big blow for the development of DLC, and the departure of Tabata has forced Square Enix to make some drastic changes to their plans. However, the decision comes at what could be a much higher cost for the company as Director Hajime Tabata, who shepherded the troubled project through to completion has resigned and now plans to start up his own company.

Khudabaksh (Amitabh Bachchan) is like a commander who uses some wily tactics to fool the Britishers and loot a ship for his fight. It remains to be seen in the coming days if it will live up to the hype it has created and if it will do well at the box office.

"In regards to my next endeavors and near future, I have a project that I truly wish to solidify as my next challenge after FFXV".

During his time at Square Enix, Hajime Tabata worked on Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core, Final Fantasy Type-0, Final Fantasy XV and a host of other titles. "As production of Episode Ardyn continues and Luminous Productions works on new projects, I felt that it was time for me to hand over the torch to the next-generation group of talented and trustworthy colleagues and believe that they will create something unbelievable", Tabata added. There's no doubt that Square Enix sunk quite a bit of money into the extra Final Fantasy XV content, which probably had something to do with their financial loss.

All but one Episode of "The Dawn of the Future", the Final Fantasy XV DLC initially scheduled to release throughout 2019, has been cancelled. In fact, he's leaving Square Enix altogether. Comrades will include 10 new bosses, costumes, and weapons.
