Duchess of Cambridge celebrates 37th birthday as Duke spends day working

Cape Town - Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge celebrates her 37th birthday on Tuesday, 9 January.

The visit, at the Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel, will be his first official engagement of 2019.

But when quizzed about what he had given his wife as a gift, he laughed off the question.
