Police in Layton, Utah, say a 17-year-old girl was driving blindfolded when she lost control and crashed into another auto.

The driver then lost control and slid into the westbound lane, striking a white passenger auto and a light pole near 675 Layton Parkway, Lyman said. The 17-year-old, her 16-year-old passenger and the occupants of the SUV were "luckily" not injured.

There were no injuries reported in connection with the crash.
