A panicked OH father chased after a train that departed the station with his baby still on board.

A baby has been reunited with its father after being left on a Cleveland RTA train. He had placed the child carrier onto a seat on the train, then proceeded to exit onto the platform.

According to the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, the baby was left on a train heading westbound from the Windermere station on the morning of January 12.

He and the other smoker are seen shouting and banging desperately on the doors before the train moves slowly off.

Transit officials were alerted about the unaccompanied baby and ordered the train to go back.

The timestamp on the video shows about a minute elapsed between the time the man stepped off the train until the time the doors close.

According to a police statement, the father was accused of acting "menacing" towards the train operator after the fact. However, the driver will be "coached" due to not following communication procedures.
