Grammys Producer Ken Ehrlich Responds to Ariana Grande: "It Was a Surprise"

Ariana Grande in "7 Rings" from thank u next. After word came out that she was considering not performing at the February 2019 ceremony, fans wondered what would happen if she won any of the two awards she was up for.

She told fans in another message: "She's not at all and that's not what i meant and u know that".

The "God is a Woman" singer posted a series of now deleted tweets following the announcement, showing just how pissed off she was that her former lover wasn't honoured at the ceremony. "I don't know if I'm good at anything else, but I understand artists and I can hear other artists in an artist", he said.

She continued: 'I offered 3 different songs.

She has since covered up the number with a tribute to her late boyfriend Mac Miller and his dog Myron.

She won the best pop vocal album trophy for Sweetner beating Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, Pink, Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello.

The beverage company also experimented with Black Cherry Vanilla Coke and a coffee-flavor called Coca-Cola Blak, among others. In introducing the new Orange Vanilla Coke , it hopes to ensure the Coke brand doesn't begin to feel stale with consumers.

Grande quickly elaborated, saying that she "wished it had worked" for her to be in attendance, adding that she tries "not to put too much weight into these things", though she was clearly disappointed to not be there in person. Ahead of the ceremony on Sunday, the Recording Academy announced that the songstress had won Best Pop Vocal Album for Sweetener.

Grande went on to thank specifically her producers (including Pharrell Williams), manager Scooter Braun and "every human being at Republic Records".

This is the singer's first ever Grammy Award win.

Though Grande, 25, tweeted, "f-" and "trash", she later clarified that she wasn't upset with Cardi who was not the "trash" to which she was referring.

She won rap album ahead of Swimming for the late Mac Miller, Daytona for Pusha T, Astroworld for Travis Scott and Victory Lap for Nipsey Hussle.
