"Marvel's Hit Monkey" comes from writers Josh Gordon and Will Speck, with Gordon, Speck and Jeph Loeb serving as Executive Producers.

"M.O.D.O.K", or Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing, centers around an egomaniacal supervillain with a really big head and a really little body, who struggles to maintain control of his evil organization and his demanding family.

Big things are happening at Hulu today: in addition to the just-announced Devil In The White City adaptation from Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio, the streaming network has also revealed they've partnered with Marvel for four (4) new animates series.

And some surprising characters are going to be filling that void with The Offenders, a new adult animation initiative from Jeph Loeb and Marvel Television coming soon to Hulu. The HTD series based on the cigar chomping character first introduced in the comics in 1973 will be stewarded by Clerks kingpin Kevin Smith, along with Dave Willis.

Jordan Blum and Patton Oswalt will develop M.O.D.O.K.

Much like Netflix's Defenders mini-series, these four animated shows will culminate in a team-up event called The Offenders, which will feature the characters from each previous series. There is now no premiere date for any of Hulu's new Marvel shows, but late 2019 or 2020 is likely.

Delhi hotel fire kills 17

Yes, I said animated programs, as these will be more adult-themed programs of the Marvel variety in the same way that Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist (I guess), Luke Cage, and The Punisher were more adult themed compared to the likes of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Carter.

The show tells the tale of a wronged Japanese snow monkey, mentored by the ghost of an American assassin, as he cuts a wide swath through the Tokyo underworld. Real subtle, guys. Anyway, the series will all be handled by Marvel Television head Jeph Loeb and add to Marvel and Hulu's programming which, currently, includes The Runaways. His goal is to return home with the help of his "unstoppable gal pal" Beverly, but they will have to take on the likes of the evil Dr. Bong, who wants to turn Howard into a meal.

Tigra & Dazzler: "Marvel's Tigra & Dazzler Show is a story about two woke superheroes and best friends, Tigra and Dazzler, as they fight for recognition among powered people who make up the eight million stories in Los Angeles".

Tigra & Dazzler hails from writers and executive producers Erica Rivinoja and Chelsea Handler. Jeph Loeb will executive produce.
