The minors were then invited to an after-party where they were allegedly offered cocaine, marijuana and alcohol.

Accusations against Kelly have ramped up ever since the release of Lifetime's "Surviving R. Kelly" docu-series, in which numerous women shared their allegations of being sexually abused by the singer.

The duo spoke out against the notorious artist at a press conference with infamous women's rights lawyer Gloria Allred yesterday.

At a news conference in NYC, the two women told journalists that they met R. Kelly at a party in Baltimore in the 1990s.

Allred said the women were courageous to come forward and said they would meet with officials from the U.S. attorney's office for the Eastern District of NY later Thursday - though the crime allegedly occurred in Maryland.

She said that the two were invited to a hotel room, where Kelly entered wearing a shirt and jeans, but with his genitals exposed.

She added that both women planned to speak with the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of NY. She said he wanted a threesome with the two teens but Washington said no and escaped to the bathroom.

"When I first met R. Kelly that night, I was very happy and excited because I was young and starstruck", Scaff said at a press conference in NY.

Ms Scaff said she had chose to come forward "because of all of the other victims". I was under the influence of marijuana and alcohol and did it. "So I feel like I need to be here today to tell what happened to me, because of all of the other victims that were affected by it as well".

Without providing further detail, Allred said some women she is representing fear video or audio recordings of their relations with Kelly may be circulating.

Kelly's lawyer, Steve Greenberg, has said his client never knowingly had sex with an underage woman.

Allred said the two women planned to meet with officials from the USA attorney's office for the Eastern District of NY.

R.Kelly has denied all allegations made against him, but is now facing criminal charges after a sex tape surfaced allegedly showing Kelly engaging in sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl.
