A man's viral tweet about his dad's newly-opened donut shop has become a prime example of the positive power of social media.

He shared pictures of the inside of the shop, and it looked pretty great, and his dad did look quite upset.

His original tweet went viral, receiving over 470,000 likes and 223,000 shares. Since posting it over the weekend, the tweet has been retweeted over 250,000 times.

On Sunday, Billy wrote on Twitter that the shop had completely sold out of donuts and kolaches.

Needless to say, his dad isn't sad anymore.

It was a good outing for Juventus as the match allowed key players like Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala to rest. Simeone has led Atletico to the final twice, and this year they could do it again.

But less than a day and more than 270,000 retweets later, the store's fresh inventory was sold out. "You are all wonderful", he wrote on Sunday.

So the owner's son, Billy, posted a tweet on Saturday evening with pictures of his dad Satharith at the counter of his empty store. Billy's Donuts is in Missouri City, which is about 20 miles southwest of Houston. I can't thank everyone enough for coming out and supporting local businesses.

Twitter picked up Billy's tweet saying, "You donut want to miss out on Billy's and neither do we! This means so much to my family". "We'll be there tomorrow morning". The shop has now a steady flow of business coming in and Billy's father is very happy.

Soon, YouTuber Casey Neistat - with almost 2 million followers - said he was on his way and people began sharing their own photos from inside of the shop where customers were lined up to the door.
