Lynch said a team of career members of the Justice Department and FBI will present her with recommendations on how to proceed once the investigation has concluded and that she plans to accept the guidance. Days later, Clinton was let off for repeatedly mishandling top secret, classified information.

"I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's office-that there's no way [Trump] gets elected-but I'm afraid we can't take that risk", Strzok wrote in a cryptic text message to Page, adding "it's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40".

"No he won't. We'll stop it", Strzok replied. FBI Mistress, Lisa Page, confirmed to House Judiciary, there was an anti-Trump Insurance Policy and it's the fake Russian investigation!

The Strzok testimony, which is from June 2018, is creating a buzz on social media and appears to offer more insight into the FBI's activities during the 2016 presidential election season.

"I can tell you that in no way would that extramarital affair have any power in coercing me to do anything other than obeying the law and doing honest, competent investigation", Strzok said.

Strzok waged a similar defense during a contentious public hearing in July of a year ago. Page wrote to Strzok on August 8, 2016.

A spokesperson for the Met said: "Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 12.52pm to a residential address in SW5". Despite attempts to resuscitate Tomlinson, she was pronounced dead on the scene, TMZ said.

Trump's tweet comes after Congressman Doug Collins released 370 pages of Page's transcript testimony on his own volition, and promised that he would release even more in the future.

Kerik's remarks came in response to transcripts showing former Federal Bureau of Investigation legal counsel Lisa Page testified to Congress that the Department of Justice ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation not to charge Clinton with "gross negligence" for mishandling classified information.

"She claimed that former FBI Director James Comey proposed the gross negligence charge to the DOJ multiple times as he received their advice, and at one point in Page's hearing, Rep. John Ratcliffe (R-TX) asked her if the Department was essentially telling the FBI "'You're not going to charge gross negligence because we're the prosecutors and we're telling you we're not going to'".

As deputy chief of FBI's counterintelligence division, Strzok oversaw the Trump-Russia investigation, dubbed Crossfire Hurricane.

The Justice Department's internal watchdog conducted an exhaustive review of the FBI's investigation of Clinton's handling of a private email server while she was secretary of state.

He said he didn't recall specifically writing it, but says he now thinks the "we" he was talking about was the country at large.
